Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Duna House on its gradual acquisition of Donpiso and on the creation of a joint venture to introduce Duna House’s Credipass financial intermediation services to Donpiso’s clients in Spain. The transaction was formalised through the signing of a binding investment agreement. It covers a staged acquisition of the Spanish real estate network Donpiso by Duna House and the establishment of a joint venture to roll out Credipass services in Spain in cooperation with Donpiso’s client base. The deal marks Duna House’s entry into the Spanish real estate market and aligns with its pan‑European growth strategy.
