Gitti and Partners Advises Edilgroup on New Marriott Four-Star Hotel Project in Trieste

Gitti and Partners represented Edilgroup, while Cluster Legal Engineering represented the counterparty, in the transaction concerning the redevelopment of Palazzo Parisi into a Marriott-branded four-star hotel in Trieste. The transaction entails the rehabilitation and valorisation of the historic Palazzo Parisi to create a four-star hotel operating under the Marriott brand. The project is intended to become a new point of reference for the city’s hotel offering and forms part of a broader programme to enhance Trieste’s historic patrimony and to develop the local tourist accommodation sector. Edilgroup managed the technical and design aspects of the new hotel, coordinating with the partners involved in the building’s redevelopment. Gitti and Partners represented Edilgroup with a team composed by: Gregorio Gitti, chairman and managing partner (corporate); Vincenzo Armenio, partner (corporate); Silvana Farina, associate (corporate); and Chiara Perego, partner (real estate).
