EMK Capital to acquire Project Informatica from H.I.G. Capital

Capital and the other sellers; White & Case advised the financing banks The Carlyle Group and Deutsche Bank. EMK Capital, an international private equity investor focused on growth, has entered into a binding agreement with H.I.G. Capital for the acquisition of Project Informatica and its subsidiaries. Project Informatica is one of the leading operators in the Italian information technology market: the group currently employs more than 700 people and generates revenues in excess of €450 million. The company's management team and H.I.G. will reinvest alongside EMK to support the next phase of growth. Completion of the transaction remains subject to approval by the competent regulatory authorities. Case Cassiopea acted as M&A advisor to EMK Capital, supporting EMK throughout the entire process.
