B&C Legal Corporate advised Levi Strauss Italia, the Italian subsidiary of Levi Strauss & Co., in connection with the opening of a new Levi’s store in the heart of Milan. The transaction concerns the opening of a new Levi’s-branded store located in Galleria Passerella, one of the city’s busiest commercial and pedestrian areas. The store is the largest Levi’s outlet in Italy, spread over two levels for a total of 354 square metres, and complements the brand’s existing presence in Milan. This new retail space adds to Levi Strauss Italia’s five existing stores in Milan and is intended to deliver an increasingly personalised shopping experience aimed at both national and international customers frequenting one of the city’s prime commercial corridors. Levi Strauss & Co., founded in San Francisco in 1853, is among the world’s largest apparel companies and operates approximately 3,150 stores across 110 countries.
