PwC TLS and Baker McKenzie Advise on Poly Medicure’s Acquisition of the Citieffe Group

PwC TLS and Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisers in the transaction: PwC TLS advised Poly Medicure Limited as purchaser, while Baker McKenzie advised the shareholders of Medistream SA, the holding company of the Citieffe Group. The transaction involved the acquisition of the entire Citieffe Group, an operator in the medical devices sector with a specific focus on trauma and extremities. The Citieffe Group recorded FY2024 revenues of €17.3 million and an EBITDA of €3.1 million. The group has a diversified product portfolio, a direct presence in Italy, the United States and Mexico, and a distribution network active in more than 25 countries.
