Clifford Chance Advises mBank S.A. on PLN 831 Million Credit-Linked Notes Issuance

Clifford Chance advised mBank S.A. as issuer in connection with the transaction; the notes were purchased by Stichting PGGM Credit Risk Sharing Fund. The transaction comprised the issuance of credit-linked notes with a total nominal value of PLN 831 million (EUR 195.5 million). The instruments were purchased by the Stichting PGGM Credit Risk Sharing Fund and were admitted to trading on the alternative trading system on Vienna MTF.
