POM Group acquires FarPay Group

Bech-Bruun advised the owners of the FarPay Group, including Sp/F FarPay and FarPay ApS, in the sale of the company to POM Group. The transaction concerns the acquisition by POM Group, owned by private equity fund Vortex Capital Partners, of the FarPay Group. FarPay specialises in digital payment and invoicing solutions: its platform enables companies to send invoices through customers’ preferred payment channels, access flexible payment options and benefit from automated integration with accounting systems. POM Group focuses on digital payment solutions and the automation of invoicing processes and supports businesses with innovative payment platforms. The acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for both companies. For POM, the deal results in a strengthened presence in Northern Europe; for FarPay, it provides access to new features, offerings, networks and markets that will help advance the company’s technology.
