Krogerus represented Tokmanni Group in connection with the offering and listing of its inaugural senior bond. The transaction comprised the offering and listing of Tokmanni Group's inaugural EUR 100 million senior bond. Tokmanni Group is a publicly listed company; in 2024 it recorded revenue of EUR 1.7 billion.
