Balder Finland Oy completes acquisition of industrial property in Vaasa

Waselius & Wist represented Balder Finland Oy in the acquisition of all shares in KOy T2 Partners Vaasa Fab from Famdell Oy Ab, Kvadraten Ab and VP Facilities Oy Ab. The transaction concerned the purchase of KOy T2 Partners Vaasa Fab, the owner of an industrial property in Vaasa. The facility comprises approximately 11,000 m² of production and office space and is fully leased to Oy Primo Finland Ab, a provider of plastic profiles and extrusion solutions. Waselius & Wist provided full legal support throughout the transaction, including due diligence, negotiation of documentation and closing coordination. The acquisition expands Balder Finland Oy’s industrial portfolio in Finland in line with its growth strategy.
