Setterwalls represented Doktor.se in connection with a share issue of approximately SEK 250 million. Doktor.se carried out a share issue of approximately SEK 250 million, consisting of a rights issue of approximately SEK 200 million and, as a result of the oversubscription of the rights issue, an over‑allotment issue of SEK 50 million. The net proceeds from the rights issue and the over‑allotment will be used to enhance the company’s financial flexibility for executing acquisitions and for ongoing general business purposes. Doktor.se, one of Europe’s largest market players in digital and physical healthcare, operates in Sweden, Germany, Finland and Norway and plans to expand into additional European countries in the coming years. The company intends to apply for listing of its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm or another suitable marketplace during Q4 2026–Q1 2027, provided conditions are favorable from an operational and market perspective.
