Delphi Advises Cedergrenska on Acquisition of Christinaskolan, Christinagymnasiet and Skärgårdsgymnasiet

Advokatfirman Delphi represented Cedergrenska AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition agreements for Lidingö Skola AB and Lidingö Gymnasium AB, and in relation to earlier summer acquisitions of VAR Claves AB (now Cedergrenska Fastigheter AB) and Norrtelje teknikgymnasium AB. Advokatfirman Delphi acted as legal advisor to Cedergrenska AB (publ) in connection with its entry into an agreement to acquire all shares in Lidingö Skola AB and its wholly owned subsidiary Lidingö Gymnasium AB, which operate Christinaskolan and Christinagymnasiet on Lidingö. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Cedergrenska’s compulsory school segment within the group. Closing is expected to take place in mid-December, subject to customary regulatory approvals. During the summer, Cedergrenska AB (publ) also acquired all shares in VAR Claves AB (now Cedergrenska Fastigheter AB) and Norrtelje teknikgymnasium AB, which operates Skärgårdsgymnasiet in Norrtälje. The acquisition of these companies forms part of Cedergrenska’s strategy to develop and broaden its vocational education offering and further strengthens its presence in Norrtälje. VAR Claves AB, a sister company to Norrtelje teknikgymnasium AB, conducts property management related to Skärgårdsgymnasiet. Cedergrenska is an education group listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, providing education from preschool to post-secondary levels.
