Kilpatrick Advises on Formation of Selegio Fastigheter

Kilpatrick acted as legal adviser to Redito, PRI Pensionsgaranti and Lantmännen Fastigheter in connection with the formation of the new real estate company Selegio Fastigheter. Selegio Fastigheter has been established by Redito, PRI Pensionsgaranti and Lantmännen Fastigheter to focus on investments in retail properties across Sweden. The company will target retail locations anchored by discount and grocery tenants. Selegio’s objective is initially to establish a property portfolio with a value of at least SEK 2 billion, concentrating on discount and grocery-anchored retail locations. Kilpatrick represented Redito, PRI Pensionsgaranti and Lantmännen Fastigheter with a team composed by: Fredrik Ahlqvist, Cecilia Lohmander and Lisa Sundström.
