The transaction comprised a Series A funding round of USD 22 million in Farmjunction Marketing Private Limited (d/b/a Tractor Junction). The firm’s role included conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating transaction documents on behalf of Astanor Ventures. Khaitan & Co represented Astanor Ventures with a team composed by: Nikhil Narayanan (Partner), Akhil Sharma (Partner), Shivam Tandon (Counsel), Mamta Jain (Senior Associate) and Nikunj Keyal (Senior Associate).
