Dentons and Grande Stevens Advise on Implementing Agreements for Asso Werke Financial Restructuring

Grande Stevens Studio Legale Associato advised Asso Werke S.p.A., and Dentons assisted the company’s principal financial creditor in relation to the implementing agreements of Asso Werke’s financial restructuring. Asso Werke S.p.A., a long-established Italian industrial group, has finalised the implementing agreements of a comprehensive financial operation connected to its new 2025–2029 plan. The measures are intended to strengthen the company's financial and equity structure and to position it competitively for the sector's evolution. The company, active for decades in the design and production of thermal components for high-performance engines in the premium motorcycle and automotive sectors, is recognised for technical expertise, construction quality and innovation, and collaborates with major manufacturers, offering technologically advanced solutions and reliable production processes. METI Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to Asso Werke S.p.A., with Vincenzo De Falco, Founder & CEO, leading the advisory role. KPMG Advisory served as strategic advisor to the company with a team led by partner Lorenzo Nosellotti, supported by senior manager Fabio Salvatici. Grande Stevens Studio Legale Associato represented Asso Werke S.p.A. with a team composed by: partner Daniele Cericola (team lead), salary partner Diego Saluzzo and associate Federico Fresia.
