Wachtell Lipton Represents Civeo in Cooperation Agreement with Engine Capital

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz represented Civeo Corporation in its transaction with Engine Capital. Civeo Corporation (NYSE: CVEO) announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with Engine Capital and has appointed Jeffrey B. Scofield and Daniel B. Silvers to its Board of Directors. Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, Engine Capital agreed to customary standstill provisions and voting commitments. Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to Civeo Corporation.
