Kirkland Advises Wendel on Acquisition of Controlling Stake in Committed Advisors

Kirkland & Ellis advised Wendel on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Committed Advisors from its founding partners. The agreement to acquire Committed Advisors was signed on November 24, 2025. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions for completion, including regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to be completed in Q1 2026. As part of the envisaged transaction, the founding partners will reinvest all their net proceeds in Committed Advisors funds. Kirkland & Ellis represented Wendel with a team composed by: corporate lawyers Vincent Ponsonnaille, François Capoul and Gabin Beaudor; and tax lawyer Nadine Gelli.
