Pfizer Completes $6 Billion Notes Offering

Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, in connection with Pfizer Inc.'s registered offering of securities; Pfizer acted as the issuer. Pfizer completed a registered offering of $6 billion in Notes issued in seven series with maturities ranging from 2027 to 2065. The proceeds of the offering are intended for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Metsera and the refinancing of existing indebtedness.
