Bridgepoint to acquire majority stake in ht.digital

The transaction concerns Bridgepoint's planned purchase of a majority interest in ht.digital, a London-headquartered provider of digital asset assurance and technology solutions. As adoption of digital assets within the financial system accelerates — including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and tokenised financial instruments built on blockchain technology — regulatory developments are driving demand for assurance services to enhance transparency and protect investors. ht.digital is described as a leading provider in the digital asset transparency layer and offers services ranging from proof of reserves and attestations to financial audit, corporate finance and operations. The company has developed a global presence and serves more than 700 clients worldwide. Bridgepoint, one of the world’s leading quoted private asset growth investors specialising in private equity, infrastructure and private credit, announced the transaction on 25 November 2025. The deal is expected to complete in H1 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
