A&O Shearman Advises Jacky Perrenot Group on Acquisition of Vos Logistics

A&O Shearman advised the Jacky Perrenot group in connection with its entry into exclusive negotiations to acquire the Vos Logistics group. The transaction follows the Group’s recent acquisitions of Spanish group Tamdis in 2022 and UK-based ArrowXL in June 2025, and reflects Jacky Perrenot’s determination to strengthen its position among Europe’s leading transport and logistics operators. If completed, the combined entity would represent around EUR 1.7 billion in annual revenue and would be supported by over 12,000 employees across Europe. The integration is expected to strengthen geographic coverage, enhance the performance and flexibility of logistics operations, and broaden the range of integrated solutions offered to manufacturers, retailers, healthcare, construction and e-commerce clients throughout the continent.
