The transaction concerns the Paris Trocadéro business centre, an asset of approximately 41,000 m² located on Place du Trocadéro in Paris's 16th arrondissement, one of the capital's most prestigious and sought-after locations. The property was sold to Blackstone Real Estate for approximately €700 million.
