Goodwin advised Karista and 42Cap in connection with Leanspace's €10 million Series A financing. The transaction involved a €10 million Series A round for Leanspace, a European provider of satellite operations technologies. The round was led by the funds of Karista and 42Cap and included participation from ISAI Cap Venture, Qwaltec, Caisse d’Epargne, Bpifrance and Arnaud Guérin, co‑founder of the military artificial intelligence platform Preligens. The strategic investment will enable Leanspace to accelerate its expansion into large‑scale, complex and security‑critical space missions, contributing to the digital modernisation of the space sector and supporting industrial and institutional programmes in Europe and the Americas. Founded in 2020, Leanspace supports startups and private and public space operators across mission types such as small satellites, constellations and in‑orbit services through flagship products including C2 IOD, PassOrchestrator and Test Data Manager, each dedicated to a key stage of space operations.
