Tokushev & Partners advised Capital Investments Fund, a subsidiary of the Bulgarian Development Bank, on its investment in Evrotrust, while DGKV advised the lead investor, 3TS. The transaction involved a new round of financing for Evrotrust. Capital Investments Fund, which is dedicated to providing equity capital to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, participated in the financing alongside 3TS as the new equity investor. The round required alignment of the interests of Evrotrust's early investor, holders of subsequent convertible bonds and the incoming equity investor. Tokushev & Partners represented Capital Investments Fund with a team composed by: Managing Partner Viktor Tokushev and partners Ivan Antov and Boris Teknedzhiev.
