CDCA reportedly also advised Onlayer."

Balcioglu Selcuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki, Dentons' Turkish affiliate, advised Revo Capital on its participation in the financing, while BASEAK advised Onlayer; CDCA reportedly also advised Onlayer. According to BASEAK, Onlayer is a Türkiye-based financial technology platform that unifies revenue, compliance and risk management for banks, payment institutions and fintechs. The Series A round raised USD 8.2 million. The round was led by Oleka Capital and included new investors Deniz Ventures, the venture capital arm of Emirates NBD Group’s DenizBank, Turkiye Development Fund and Sandeep Gomes, together with existing investors Vestel Ventures and the Gelecek Etki Fonu. Balcioglu Selcuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki represented Revo Capital. BASEAK represented Onlayer with a team composed by: Partner Okan Arican and Associates Dilruba Guldogan and Efe Ozen. CDCA reportedly advised Onlayer.
