Pérez-Llorca Mexico advises Toyota Financial Services Mexico on MXP$2.5 billion bond issuances

"Pérez-Llorca Mexico advised Toyota Financial Services Mexico on two long-term bond issuances placed on the Mexican Stock Exchange for a combined MXP$2.5 billion under the company’s MXP$17 billion dual program. BBVA Mexico and Scotiabank Mexico acted as financial intermediaries and Banco Multiva served as common representative for bondholders."

Pérez-Llorca Mexico advised Toyota Financial Services Mexico on the issuance of two long-term bonds placed on the Mexican Stock Exchange. The transactions were carried out under Toyota Financial Services Mexico’s MXP$17 billion dual program and raised a combined MXP$2.5 billion (approximately USD$135 million). The TOYOTA 25-3 series placed MXP$1 billion at TIIE de Fondeo + 0.55% and matures on June 1, 2029. The TOYOTA 25-4 series raised MXP$1.5 billion at a fixed rate of 8.80%, maturing on May 17, 2030. Both series received the highest domestic credit ratings: "AAA (mex)" from Fitch Mexico and "mxAAA" from S&P Global Ratings. BBVA Mexico and Scotiabank Mexico acted as financial intermediaries through their broker-dealer arms, while Banco Multiva served as common representative for bondholders.
