Unibo Joins the Aareon Group

Fils and Anglès & Buxeda advised on the incorporation of Unibo into the Aareon Group. The transaction involves the integration of Unibo, a digital account platform for homeowners’ associations in Spain, into the Aareon Group, Europe’s leading provider of SaaS solutions for the real estate industry. Founded in 2021 to address the lack of dedicated financial solutions for homeowners’ associations, Unibo has become widely used by property managers across Spain, simplifying daily financial management and optimisation. Its integration into the Aareon Group is intended to accelerate Unibo’s growth and reinforce its connectivity with key platforms in the sector. For the Aareon Group, the acquisition advances its strategy of building a fully connected real estate ecosystem in which digital financial solutions are central to its proptech offering. The transaction strengthens Aareon’s capacity to deliver integrated, high value‑added services to property managers and homeowners’ associations and opens new opportunities for innovation and scalability in proptech and fintech.
