MEPLAW represented the buyer, an experienced shipowner, and Studio Legale Mordiglia represented the seller, Next Yacht Group. The transaction comprised the successful acquisition of M/Y ANGIOLA, a new-build Maiora Model 36 Exuma constructed by the Viareggio shipyard Next Yacht Group. The sale was completed with the purchaser taking delivery of the new vessel. MEPLAW assisted the buyer in negotiating and drafting the sale contract and provided support on all matters connected with the financing of the operation, through to the completion of the closing. Studio Legale Mordiglia acted for Next Yacht Group and handled all seller-side legal aspects of the transaction.
