Lipani Legal&Tax obtains suspension of works for antenna in landscape-sensitive area at Council of State

"Lipani Legal&Tax represented the appellant in a challenge to authorisations for a telecommunications tower in Grezzana (VR). The Council of State, First Section, issued interlocutory opinion no. 1105/2025 and suspended the effects of the permits for the tower at Località Monte Comun. The case will proceed on the merits with a further inquiry ordered of the Ministry of Culture."

Lipani Legal&Tax represented the appellant in a challenge to the authorisations permitting construction of a telecommunications tower in the municipality of Grezzana (VR), Località Monte Comun. The First Section of the Council of State, by interlocutory opinion no. 1105/2025, granted the request to suspend the effects of the administrative measures that authorised the erection of the telecommunications tower. The order effectively halts the works while the administrative litigation proceeds. The proceedings will continue on the merits. The Council of State has ordered a supplementary inquiry to be conducted by the Ministry of Culture to inform the final decision.
