Hogan Lovells, Dindo, Zorzi & Associati and Chiomenti in TheNiceKitchen acquisition of 90% of Krupps

"Hogan Lovells advised TheNiceKitchen (controlled by 21Invest) on the acquisition of 90% of Italian dishwasher and glasswasher maker Krupps from Enrico and Fabio Scanavin. Dindo, Zorzi & Associati represented the sellers and Chiomenti advised the financing banks. Hogan Lovells, Dindo, Zorzi & Associati and Chiomenti participated in the transaction: Hogan Lovells assisted TheNiceKitchen, a company controlled by the European investment group 21Invest; Dindo, Zorzi & Associati advised the sellers, Enrico and Fabio Scanavin; and Chiomenti acted for the banks providing financing for the operation. The transaction involved TheNiceKitchen’s acquisition of a 90% stake in Krupps, an Italian company active in the construction and assembly of dishwashers and glasswashers, from Enrico and Fabio Scanavin. The deal is part of a broader project to consolidate the Italian market for professional kitchen equipment, a sector recognised as a Made in Italy excellence and an international benchmark. The combination of TheNiceKitchen and Krupps is intended to create a group that aims to exceed €75 million in revenue by 2025.
