Asso Werke, a long-established Italian industrial group specialising in the design and production of high-performance thermal components for premium motorcycle and automotive engines, recently finalised the implementation agreements for a comprehensive financial manoeuvre tied to its new 2025–2029 plan. The measures strengthen the company's financial and equity structure to allow it to face competitive evolution in the sector. The operation encompassed a broad restructuring and definition of debt agreements. METI Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to the company, while KPMG Advisory provided strategic advisory services. Dentons assisted the principal creditor in the context of the overall remediation process and in negotiating the debt arrangements. Grande Stevens represented client Asso Werke with a team composed by: partner Daniele Cericola, salary partner Diego Saluzzo and associate Federico Fresia.
