Gianni & Origoni and Fivers Studio Legale e Tributario assisted Kryalos SGR in the sale of the real estate complex known as Palazzo dei Cigni in Segrate (Milan) on behalf of Fondo Artemide. The transaction concerned the transfer of a property extending to approximately 44,000 square metres with a mixed use comprising offices, retail spaces and a hospitality facility. The sale forms part of Fondo Artemide's programme of asset disposals aimed at enhancing and realising value across the fund's portfolio. Palazzo dei Cigni has historically served as a television production centre operated by Videotime for the Mediaset group. Since the 1980s a number of well-known programmes and news productions were realised at the site.
