Birketts advised Granarolo UK Limited on its acquisition of West Horsley Dairy Limited. The transaction involves Granarolo UK Limited’s acquisition of West Horsley Dairy Limited, a Surrey-established supplier of chilled dairy and food products to restaurants, hotels, retailers and foodservice providers across the South East. West Horsley Dairy is recognised for its reliable distribution network and strong customer relationships, and its addition is intended to strengthen Granarolo’s distribution capabilities and presence in the region. Birketts advised on all legal aspects of the transaction and managed the process through to successful completion.
