Elvinger Hoss Prussen Advises Arendt on Partnership with BlackFin Capital Partners

"Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Arendt on its entry into a partnership with BlackFin Capital Partners to support the expansion of Arendt Investor Services (AIS). Under the deal BlackFin will become the majority shareholder and Arendt will retain a significant stake. The transaction is subject to CSSF approval and customary conditions."

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Arendt on its entry into a partnership with BlackFin Capital Partners concerning Arendt Investor Services (AIS). The partnership is intended to support the expansion of AIS. Under the terms provided, BlackFin Capital Partners will become the majority shareholder of the company while Arendt will retain a significant stake. The transaction is subject to approval by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and to other customary closing conditions and procedures. Elvinger Hoss Prussen represented Arendt in the transaction with a team composed by: Partner Philippe Hoss; Partner Philippe Prussen; Counsel Clemens Thill; Senior Associate Ben Reckinger (all Corporate/M&A). Partner Jil Lanners (Investment Funds) supported the team on the regulatory aspects of the transaction.
