GÖRG Advises Shareholders of CONTRACTOR Holding on Sale to 7N Group

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the shareholders of CONTRACTOR Holding GmbH on the sale of the company to the 7N Group. The acquirer, 7N Group, is backed by Polaris Management A/S. CONTRACTOR Holding GmbH, through its subsidiary CONTRACTOR Consulting GmbH, operates as an agency for IT freelancers and employs AI-supported matching to bring experienced IT consultants together with clients. Since its foundation in 2010 the agency has been involved in filling over 1,600 IT positions. Its client base in the premium segment includes medium-sized companies and blue-chip corporations in Germany. CONTRACTOR currently employs more than 30 people in Munich and Frankfurt am Main. The 7N Group, which consists of 7N and Globeteam, is an internationally oriented IT service provider with around 300 employees across twelve offices in seven countries; in addition, more than 8,000 consultants in over 20 countries work for the group. Polaris Management A/S is an investment company based in Copenhagen that has provided capital to established mid-sized companies in the Nordic region since 1998. The merger creates a leading Northern European service provider offering clients a broad portfolio of IT consulting, IT recruitment and digital solutions expertise. The aim is to integrate CONTRACTOR into the 7N Group to further expand in the European market and to strengthen Germany as a key IT services market. The transaction will not affect the daily business or the organizational structure of CONTRACTOR.
