R Systems International Limited Secures Acquisition Financing for Novigo Solutions Purchase

Standard Chartered Bank also acted as arranger."

Khaitan & Co advised R Systems International Limited, a Blackstone portfolio company, in connection with acquisition financing; Standard Chartered Bank, through its IFSC Gift City branch, acted as lender and arranger. The transaction involved the issuance of listed, unsecured, non-convertible debentures aggregating up to INR 275 crores to Standard Chartered Bank, through its IFSC Gift City branch, on a private placement basis. The proceeds were used for the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares of Novigo Solutions Private Limited from its existing promoters. Standard Chartered Bank also acted as arranger for the transaction.
