Milano, 25 November 2025 — Vivai Nischler has successfully completed a financial optimisation transaction consisting of a financial reorganisation agreement designed to support the relaunch initiated in 2023 and to secure stability and growth prospects for one of Europe’s leading nursery operators. The plan, qualified under Article 56 of the Italian Crisis Code, provides for a sustainable rebalancing of indebtedness without recourse to new financing, building on the company’s recovery in volumes and its development of new markets in India, the Middle East and North Africa. The company employs more than 200 people, with additional indirect employment across the supply chain, and possesses a unique body of specialised agricultural expertise in its sector. Its production infrastructure exceeds 400 hectares and can generate over 5 million plants per year destined for international markets. The conclusion of the reorganisation agreements marks a decisive step for the Group’s future, ensuring business continuity and protecting the broader agricultural value chain that for decades has recognised Vivai Nischler as an operator of excellence with a wide product range.
