The registered public offering comprised an aggregate principal amount of ¥210.1 billion of debt securities issued by Berkshire Hathaway Inc. The securities consisted of ¥123.7 billion of 1.510% Senior Notes due 2028, ¥53.3 billion of 1.826% Senior Notes due 2030, ¥26.1 billion of 2.422% Senior Notes due 2035 and ¥7.0 billion of 2.810% Senior Notes due 2040. The offering closed on November 20, 2025.
