Carter Ledyard and Milburn LLP and Shibolet represented B Communications Ltd. (Bcom) in the sale of its holdings in Bezeq The Israeli Telecommunications Corp. Ltd. The transaction was an off-exchange sale of 441,135,157 ordinary shares of Bezeq (TASE: BEZQ), with an aggregate value of approximately NIS 2.7 billion. Carter Ledyard and Milburn LLP represented B Communications Ltd. with a team composed by: Guy Ben-Ami, co-chair of Carter Ledyard’s Israeli Cross Border Practice and Capital Markets partner, who served as US counsel. Shibolet represented B Communications Ltd. with a team composed by: Shibolet’s Israeli counsel, who served as Israeli counsel.
