The transaction sees Kiril Mischeff, a leading European food and ingredient supplier to the food and beverage manufacturing, foodservice and retail sectors, acquire Minster Fine Foods Ltd, a South Lincolnshire continental food importer. Established in 1993, Minster supplies a range of authentic delicatessen meat products from Europe to multiple retailers, wholesalers, foodservice providers and the industrial food sector. Originally founded in Minster on the Isle of Sheppey, the business now operates from the market town of Bourne and employs six people. The acquisition further strengthens Kiril Mischeff’s growing portfolio and positions the combined business to collaborate on retail, manufacturing and foodservice offerings.
