Schoenherr advised Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari, through its subsidiary ASIT Services, on the sale of an office building to Primavera Development. The transaction concerns a property located at 74 Grigore Alexandrescu Street in central Bucharest. The building was completed in 2010, offers approximately 6,450 square metres of space and, until 2021, served as the Bucharest branch of Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari. Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari is a Romania-based insurance company and part of the global Allianz Group. Primavera Development is a Bucharest-based real estate developer active in the office, residential and mixed-use segments.
