Greenberg Traurig and Kondracki Celej Advise on EIB EUR 25 Million TechEU Financing for Synerise

Greenberg Traurig advised the European Investment Bank, and Kondracki Celej advised Synerise. The European Investment Bank provided EUR 25 million in financing to Synerise under the EIB’s flagship TechEU program, which is designed to support cutting-edge technological development across Europe. Synerise, a CEE-based deep-tech company, will use the funds to accelerate research and development in artificial intelligence and behavioural data analytics, advance its product development roadmap and reinforce its global expansion plans.
