JSK Advises ALFA 3 Shareholders on Sale of Minority Stake to BHS Private Equity Fund

JSK advised the owners of ALFA 3, while Schoenherr advised BHS Private Equity Fund in the transaction. The deal involved the sale of a significant minority stake in ALFA 3 to BHS Private Equity Fund. The transaction will see an external investor acquire a material minority interest while the company’s existing ownership structure remains intact. ALFA 3 is a Czech manufacturer of industrial metal furniture and smart storage systems, supplying solutions for e-commerce, logistics, office and industrial environments. Its product portfolio includes locker and workshop cabinets as well as charging cabinets for e-bikes and electronics. The company has been operating for nearly 25 years and is pursuing a growth strategy aimed at strengthening its position in both the Czech and international markets. Prior to the transaction ALFA 3 was owned by four shareholders, all of whom will remain shareholders and continue as part of the company’s management team.
