Baker McKenzie advises Citieffe Group shareholders on sale of Medistream to Poly Medicure

Baker McKenzie advised the majority shareholders of the Citieffe Group, including private equity firm Archimed, on the sale of their entire stake in Medistream to Poly Medicure B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian public company Poly Medicure Limited. The transaction concerns the sale of Medistream, a Swiss company that holds Italian medical device manufacturer Citieffe SRL together with its U.S. and Mexican subsidiaries, to Poly Medicure B.V., based in Amsterdam. The agreement transfers full ownership of Medistream from the Citieffe Group shareholders to the purchaser. Baker McKenzie represented the majority shareholders of the Citieffe Group, including Archimed, with a team composed by: M&A partners Alexander Fischer and Olha Demianiuk; partners Alexander Blaeser (M&A) and Susanne Liebel-Kotz (tax); and associates Vinzenz Sutter (M&A), Kiara Sharifi (M&A), Kaspar Projer (dispute resolution / international commercial & trade) and Anna Zellweger (international commercial & trade).
