Bär & Karrer advised Swiss Finance & Property Funds (SFP Funds) on the debut of the SFER Redevelopment L-QIF, which was developed in cooperation with EROP Real Estate & Partners AG (EROP). The SFER Redevelopment vehicle has the regulatory status of a Limited Qualified Investor Fund (L-QIF). The fund will invest in real estate projects with a primary focus on the redevelopment of existing properties and the creation of additional living space. Bär & Karrer represented Swiss Finance & Property Funds (SFP Funds) with a team composed by: Rocco Rigozzi (real estate, structuring, corporate) and Daniel Flühmann (banking & finance, investment funds), who led the team, together with Corina Moschen (real estate), Christina Werren (banking & finance, investment funds), Reto Giezendanner (banking & finance, investment funds) and Julia Eiholzer (corporate and notarial services).
