BonelliErede Advises Banca Ifis on Acquisition of 100% of Euclidea SIM

BonelliErede advised Banca Ifis on the transaction, while Bird & Bird and TARGET advised the selling shareholders of Euclidea SIM. Banca Ifis, assisted by BonelliErede, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Euclidea SIM, a securities brokerage firm providing portfolio analysis and management services. The closing followed receipt of the necessary authorisations under applicable law from the Bank of Italy and the grant of Golden Power clearance. With the acquisition of Euclidea, Banca Ifis will assemble a new line of wealth management, investment fund and advisory services under the new Fürstenberg brand. Euclidea’s investment products and platform will continue to operate under the Euclidea brand, preserving the quality, innovative approach and market proposition reflected in its established track record. BonelliErede represented Banca Ifis with a team composed by: Giuseppe Rumi (leader of the Focus Team Banks), Stefano Micheli, Michele Cisolla, Marco Cislaghi, Giovanni Muzina, Stefano Calabria, Stefano Brunello Dormal, Marco Bossini, Tommaso Fabbri, Luca Perfetti, Marina Roma, Ludovica Pomanti and Mario Guglielmi.
