Lexia secures release of DURC from Court of Como for Il Faro Servizi

Lexia advised Il Faro Società Cooperativa S.r.l. on legal matters, while Capitalink – Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to Il Faro in the matter before the Court of Como. The Court of Como issued an order in favour of Il Faro Società Cooperativa (facility management) within the framework of the negotiated composition of the crisis, directing the release of the Documento Unico di Regolarità Contributiva (DURC). The decision is intended to facilitate the cooperative’s ongoing operations and to remove administrative obstacles related to contributory regularity. The measure aims to promote business continuity, to support implementation of the company’s restructuring plan and to ensure payments by public contracting authorities—elements that are central to the successful outcome of the negotiations provided for by the negotiated composition process.
