BLF Studio Legale Advises on Acquisition of Maspi

The transaction was financed by Cassa Centrale Banca – Credito Cooperativo Italiano, acting as lending bank and arranger of a pool including Cassa Padana and Banca del Territorio Lombardo."

BLF Studio Legale advised a corporate group led by Luca Alborghetti in the acquisition of Maspi Srl from sellers Mario Mazzilli, Rosaria Mazzilli and Michele Pigatto. The transaction involved the purchase, through a corporate vehicle, of Maspi Srl, a recognised player in plastic co-injection moulding. Maspi stands out for its focus on sustainability, notably through the use of recycled plastics under its in-house brand Restylon. The operation was financed by Cassa Centrale Banca – Credito Cooperativo Italiano, which intervened as financing bank and arranger of a lending pool composed of affiliated banks of the Gruppo Cassa Centrale, including Cassa Padana and Banca del Territorio Lombardo.
