IPG Law Firm and Sani Zangrando advise on Aemmegi sale to Ravano Power

IPG Law Firm and Studio Legale Associato Sani Zangrando acted for the respective parties in the transaction: IPG Law Firm assisted Aemmegi Società Agricola, while Sani Zangrando assisted Ravano Power. The transaction consisted of the sale by Aemmegi Società Agricola — a company active in agriculture and in the production of energy from biomass — of 100% of its share capital to Ravano Power, a company belonging to the Ravano Power Group and operating in the renewable energy sector. The corporate finance aspects of the operation were managed by ApicAll S.p.A., which coordinated the financial structuring and related activities for the deal. IPG Law Firm represented client Aemmegi Società Agricola with a team composed by: Marco Pistis (Managing Partner), Cristiano Lenti (Senior Partner) and Isabelle Roccazzella (Associate), providing legal and tax assistance.
