FIVERS, Hogan Lovells and Green Horse Advise on Refinancing of 39 MW Wind Farm in Basilicata

FIVERS, Hogan Lovells and Green Horse Legal Advisory took part in the transaction: FIVERS advised Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Mediocredito Trentino Alto Adige; Hogan Lovells advised Lucania Wind Energy and Green Arrow Capital; and Green Horse Legal Advisory handled regulatory and legal due diligence for Lucania Wind Energy and Green Arrow Capital. The transaction consists of a green loan project financing of €41.5 million granted to Lucania Wind Energy, the beneficiary and a company of the Green Arrow Capital group, to refinance a 39 MW wind farm located in Basilicata. The financing was provided by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, which acted as mandated lead arranger, financing bank, depositary bank, agent bank and hedging bank, and by Mediocredito Trentino Alto Adige, which acted as financing bank. FIVERS represented Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Mediocredito Trentino Alto Adige with a team composed by: Maria Teresa Solaro, partner; Teresa Florio, senior associate; Andrea Oddo, associate; Marco Balzano, associate.
