Bonamini & Partners acted as strategic and financial advisor to Vivai Nischler; Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici provided legal assistance to the company; Giovanardi Studio Legale advised the lending banks; Studio Turco handled tax matters. The transaction completed the financial optimisation of Vivai Nischler through the definition of a financial reorganisation agreement designed to support the relaunch initiated in 2023 and to ensure stability and growth prospects for one of Europe’s leading nursery operators. The company employs more than 200 people, benefits from a highly specialised agricultural skills base unique in its sector, and operates over 400 hectares of production capable of generating more than 5 million plants a year for international markets. The reorganisation plan, qualified under article 56 of the Italian Crisis Code, provides for a sustainable rebalancing of indebtedness without recourse to new financing, building on the Company’s results in volume recovery and the development of new markets in India, the Middle East and North Africa. The conclusion of the agreements represents a decisive step for the group’s future, the continuity of operations and the protection of the entire agricultural supply chain that has for decades recognised Vivai Nischler as an operator of excellence, also for the variety of its products. Bonamini & Partners represented Vivai Nischler as strategic and financial advisor with a team composed by: managing partner Massimiliano Bonamini and Gianluca Zanola.
