Airsoft controlled by Axel Johnson International acquires Tekno Uno and names legal advisors

The transaction involved Airsoft, a company controlled by Swedish family-owned multinational Axel Johnson International and focused on acquiring and developing firms specialising in technical components and industrial solutions, acquiring the share capital of Tekno Uno. Tekno Uno is a company specialised in components, solutions and systems for applications in industrial automation. With this acquisition Airsoft strengthens its position in the automation market.
